The installation process is extremely simple. Always avoid using the '/reload' command as its known that it can cause problems with chat manager and other plugins on your server.

1. Stop your server.
2. Add Chat Manager to your plugins folder.
3. Download the plugin Vault.
4. Add Vault to your plugins folder.
5. Download any permissions plugin (LuckPerms, PEX, GroupManager, etc).
6. Add that permissions plugin to your server.
7. Start your server.

Pay special attention to the console on startup. It will tell you helpful information about the installation process, and also inform you if there's any problems with the plugin. If you see any errors upon startup please either try to read the error and fix it yourself, or send me H1DD3NxN1NJA a private message on spigot or on Discord and I will help you out as soon as I can.
