Hex Color Codes

Hex color codes was added and supported to chat manager in v3.6.8 where almost every message chat manager has to offer supports for the use of hex color codes. The messages it doesn't support are the ones that are hard coded into the plugin and users chat messages, meaning players cant use them when they type in chat.

To use hex codes all you need to do is add the correct format you want to any of chat managers messages by using the format #000000.
