For now you have to follow the next steps:

• Download and unpack the latest zip (Windows) or tar.gz (roughly 10% smaller but Mac/Unix only).
• Go to the unzipped folder. For example: my documents\dibl-cmd-0.1.2-bin\dibl-cmd-0.1.2
• The pages in the unzipped web folder show how to proceed, see also the unzipped README for a detailed help command.
