Installation

Nf-core Pikavirus, as a part of the nf-core community, requires only Nextflow 20.10 or higher to work. The rest of the software used (check dependencies) is installed automatically!

To install Nextflow, you can follow the following command

conda install -c bioconda nextflow

Please, make sure you are installing Nextflow 20.10 or superior!

Next, clone this repo to your local

git clone {repository_name}

With this, nf-core Pikavirus should be ready to go!
