IsomiR profiles of many highly expressed miRNAs are precompiled and ready to download. This page serves as the entry point for users to search and browse reports stored on the online servers. For each report, users are provided with a brief description of the miRNA name, mature sequence, the corresponding pri-miRNA sequence and the unique motif used in the alignment.
