Similar to miRNA, products of shRNA biogenesis can be analyzed using QuagmiR. Regardless of their expression platform (pre-miRNA-like, pri-miRNA-like or Ago-shRNA structure), QuagmiR can be used to analyze mature shRNA overall expression and isoforms generated during its biogenesis or post maturation.
