Ensure you have Swift 3 installed and the repo cloned to your home directory. The following script should be placed in /lib/systemd/system/groupr-backend.service:

Description=Groupr Backend
After=network-online.target

[Service]
Environemnt=PORT=8080
ExecStart=/bin/sh -c '$HOME/Groupr-Backend/.build/debug/App --env=debug > $HOME/groupr-temp.log 2>&1'

To now interact with the backend, use sudo systemd <start|stop> groupr-backend.
