The smart features incorporated into the mobile application contribute significantly to its value proposition. By providing functionalities such as advanced search capabilities, personalized recommendations, and intelligent matching algorithms, the app enhances user experience and efficiency.

How do the CAS features help me to generate value?

Personalized Recommendations: CAS features enable the app to dynamically adapt to user preferences, behavior, and contextual information such as location and time. By leveraging contextual data, the app can offer personalized recommendations for academic materials, ensuring that users receive relevant suggestions tailored to their specific needs and circumstances. This enhances user satisfaction and increases the likelihood of successful transactions.

Adaptive User Interfaces: The app's interface can dynamically adjust its layout, content, and functionality based on contextual factors such as device type, screen size, and user preferences. This ensures optimal usability and accessibility across different devices and usage scenarios, improving the overall user experience and engagement.

Contextual Notifications: The app can deliver contextually relevant notifications and alerts to users based on their current situation and interactions within the platform. For instance, users may receive notifications about new listings matching their preferences, reminders about ongoing negotiations or scheduled meetups, or updates on community activities and events. 2. colour palette and its rationale

We chose three different colors: Characoal, Jasmine, Hunyadi Yellow. We chose Hunyadi Yellow because it is a color that "is seen as a sign of stability and reliability. One of the main goals of our app is to create a trustworthy and reliable platform for students to exchange academic materials, so we believe that Hunyadi Yellow is a good choice for the primary color of our app. We chose Jasmine because it is a color that can be associated with the main color of University of Los Andes, and we want to create a sense of belonging to the university community. Finally, we choosed Characoal because is a serious color which represents stillness

For our app, we are going to implement an inferior navigation bar as the next one:

Where you can have access to each functionality of the app, like the home tab, search tab, chats tab, and profile tab.

Furthermore, we are going to implement a "Static search bar at the top" because we think that is the easiest way to see all the products and materials available on the app and their information. An example of this is the next one:

Finally, as with other navigation patterns, we are going to implement a search bar for the search tab to make the search process easier when the user wants to look for a specific product or material.
