Consists of an arrival time and a departure time. The arrival time shall be before the departure time. Cycling is allowed (e.g. an arrival time of 59:00 and a departure time of 01:00 is okay)

Within this repository the format [arrival -> departure] is often used to represent a timetable slot (e.g. [00:00 -> 02:00]).
