Cache building is mostly automated now by CacheBuilder.kt an easy to use cli tool. You can download original 634 cache files from either: My archive, Displee's archive or OpenRS2 Caches

My archive also contains the 727 cache with most xteas cache.

Optionally afterwards you can run XteaValidator.kt to verify the cache has 100% map coverage.
