Client Account Creation

  • Name, email, password
  • Billing information

Vendor Account Creation

  • Name, email, password
  • Radius of travel
  • Frequently Used Repositories
  • Areas of Expertise (e.g. legal research, historical archives, medical)
  • Areas of incompetence (don’t show me information about these topics)
  • Do not disturb hours
  • Direct Deposit information

Client Request

  • Does research, finds good footnote
  • Open the app
  • Enter the location, footnote & conditions
  • Client receives payment estimate
  • This is based on the amount of information provided as well as the conditions
  • App Awaits a Vendors Response
  • App notifies the client when a vendor has picked up the job

Vendor Responds

  • Vendor is notified of the possible job
  • Vendor decides whether to take the job or not
  • If they do not, job disappears from the vendor’s feed
 [Declines]
  • Contract status switches to Pending
  • Vendor speaks with Repository
  • If this request is impossible to fulfill, responds to the 
client with no, not possible
 [Declines with Impossible]
  • If there are no condition problems, responds to the
* client with yes
 [Accepts Outright]
  • Put in official request with Repository
  • If there are time constraint problems, responds to client
* with the newly proposed conditions
 [Accepts with Conditions]

Client Approve (Accepts with conditions)

  • Client receives the information about the conditions
  • Accepts with conditions or declines job
  • Vendor is notified of client decision
  • If the client accepts, Vendor puts in official request with repository

Vendor Access

  • Vendor is notified by repository that the document is available
  • Vendor photographs the document(s)
  • Transfers them to the client, deletes them from vendor

Client Receive

  • Client receives notification from app that their request is done
  • Client downloads the photographs to their local device
  • Photos disappear from app

Pricing Timeline

  • Small charge incurred for the client requesting anything at all
