Basic Case Assembly

NOTE: Please be careful with the case shell before fitting, and avoid flexing any parts, including the button tabs, until after the case is fitted to the shell.

Parts

[1] 4 x hex nuts (M2.5)

[2] 4 x 35mm bolts (M2.5)

[3] 4 x 25mm white plastic spacers (M2.5 - Threaded hex)

[4] 4 x 2mm white plastic spacers (M2.5 - Unthreaded)

[5] 2 x case sheet

[6] RetroRosetta PCB

[7] RetroRosetta Case

Recommended tools

PH00 screwdriver

[Optional] M2.5 hex wrench/spanner OR small mole grips

Instructions

1. Connect all cables and jumper caps to your PCB [6] according to the cable instructions for your system
2. Place the four 25mm long bolts [2] into the four holes marked on one of the plastic case sheets [5]. The textured side of the sheet should face towards the head of the bolts.
3. Place the case [7] on the bolts [2]
4. Place the PCB [6] on the case [7]
5. Place 2 x 1mm or 1 x 2mm plastic spacers [4] on each bolt
6. Screw in the 25mm hex spacer [3] onto each bolt [2] until fully tightened
7. Place the case sheet [5] atop the spacers, with the matte side of the sheet facing up
8. Secure the top piece to the bolts [2] with four nuts [1]
