To obtain a Ritual Brazier, simply right-click any planks block while sneaking with a Stone Dagger.

This item can hold a single item in its inventory, and can be used for Rituals or infusing items with moonlight.

When you right-click this block with a Salt block, it will place the salt underneath the Brazier, allowing you to perform rituals.
