The Kelpweave Blade is a melee weapon that takes into the properties of water through the Siren Kelp during the transmutation process on its creation.

This blade has the special property to repair itself while holding it underwater or in the rain.

• This blade inflicts the Slowness I effect on the target for 5 seconds after each hit.
• This weapon has an enchantability of 22, same as a Golden Sword.
