Hexalia adds new status effects that are applied through edible items, brews or using some of the items in the mod.
Overfed
This effect is granted after consuming Mandrake Stew, while active, the player's saturation will not go down allowing you to sprint without decreasing your hunger bar. The drawback of this effect is that it reduces the player's movement speed.
The user will be able to still eat food in order to restore their health if necessary.
Stunned
This effect is granted to nearby entities when a Mandrake Screams, while affecting an entity, this effect will completely render the movement of the entity, but they are still able to attack you.
Warding
This effect increases the armor of the user, similar to wearing an armor item and when if the user receives damage, the attacker is reflected 20%
of the damage dealt, similar to the Thorns enchantment.
This effect is applied when consuming a Brew of Warding
Vigor
This effect increases the strength of the user similar to the Strength effect, and it also gives the user the ability to restore 25%
of the damage dealt to the target.
This effect is applied when consuming a Brew of Vigor
Slimey Step
This effect grants the user the ability to climb up vertical surfaces and makes the user immune to fall damage. If you sneak
while this effect is active, you will bounce upwards for a few blocks of distance.
This effect is applied when consuming a Brew of Slimey Step
Siphoning
This effect grants the user with increased mining speed as well as the ability to attract dropped items from a 5 blocks
distance.
This effect is applied when consuming a Brew of Siphoning
Bleeding
This effect is applied to entities when a Rabbage hits an entity. This effect deals continuous damage to the target during the duration of the effect similar to poison, however, the target can die from bleeding.
Daybloom
During the Daybloom effect, the user will receive increased movement speed and regeneration during the day, however, exposure to dark areas will damage the player.
This effect is applied when consuming a Brew of Daybloom
