To-do’s list, with progress indicator, within tasks (Example)

(For Sisyphus: We don’t want to nest to-do’s inside tasks. For our tool, to-do’s and tasks are the same thing– we just want one level of tasks/to-do’s for simplicity.)
Cons
- Too many features. Seems to be targeting too large an audience (Example)
- For Sisyphus: We want our tool to have minimal learning curve– should take less than 10min to understand tool. Features are based around group workflow)

- Again bad job at showing what a button does. (Example) How does a envelope with a checkmark next to it show the user that button means ‘Send or don’t send activity emails’?
