Week 1:

• Idea 1: Vital monitor with heart shaped LED
• Idea 2: Controllable christmas lights

Week 2:

• Brainstormed project ideas

Week 3:

• Group decided to work on hand controlled robot vehicle
• Brainstormed ideas of how project can be developed

Week 4:

• Researched and came up with ideas how project can proceed

Week 5:

• Came up with preliminary schematic of TX and RX
• Group worked on components and purchased some components based on evaluations and requirements.

Week 6:

• Worked on HW5; created tables and diagrams.
• Worked on TX schematic.

Week 7:

• Worked on RX schematic; added bypass capacitors.
• Fixed some errors on TX schematic.
• Worked on RX board layout.

Week 8:

• Met Andrew and reviewed and edited TX and RX board layouts.
• Submitted and purchased finalized board layouts.
• Tested RX circuit; each motor pin measures ~180mV and 850uA.

Week 9:

• Tested two modules' communication.
• Worked on drafting test plans.

Week 10:

• Troubleshoot the product; both receiver and transmitter circuits require new batteries frequently due to voltage regulator wasting too much power.
• Prepare for powerpoint presentation.
• Organize BOM.
