Should be able to deploy any (or all versions) of the decision under the same name (but distinguished by the version number.

Invoking the decision with only the name would execute the latest version.

Name and version would execute that particular version.

Also should consider effective dates. i.e. for each version optionally specify a date range when that decision should be used.

When effective date ranges overlap then the highest effective version number wins
