oxTrust wish list - GluuFederation/oxTrust GitHub Wiki

We're considering doing a comprehensive upgrade of the oxTrust interface (see https://github.com/GluuFederation/oxTrust/issues/63). A full review of the open oxTrust issues is necessary as well.

Please add any changes or enhancements you would like to see in oxTrust underneath your name as a header (see below).

Zico

  1. Feature to update Apache SSL cert. Private key, Public key and root/intermediate cert update feature required.
  2. Feature to update SAML cert. Private key & Public key update.
  3. Remove Manage Email Addresses section from Configuration --> Organization Configuration.
  4. Login page message ( Configuration --> Organization Configuration --> Configuration section ). This doesn't work with our oxAuth login page. Either remove this or consolidate with oxAuth login page.
  5. Configure Log Viewer and View log file under same feature/page if possible.

Will

  1. I would like to see the login page and registration page be more easily customizable within oxTrust. I think if we can provide a section within oxTrust to add html/css/js to style main pages, it would enable admins to more quickly and efficiently adjust the look and feel of external facing pages.
  2. Perhaps some tool tips within the interface would be helpful so that an admin didn't have to refer to documentation for every question.
  3. Interfaces to manage Asimba
  4. Different variations of the interface based on which software is deployed.. i.e., if Shibboleth is not included in the deployment, oxTrust should not display those interfaces.
