TVM is the TON Virtual Machine from Telegram.

It is a low-level virtual machine. Obviously done by an intelligent person who took more time to think about it than the average low-level VM author. The author is practically minded and has a little bit of language theory, but only barely enough. Gets the job done but in the end the design isn't impressive.
