AxLang is a language for distributed applications by Axoni, with Scala as its metalanguage, that claims to have some blockchain capabilities.

There is very little information on their website, but it looks like a rather general purpose language for distributed applications, and apart from two 2018 blogposts with little substance, there is no sign that they are doing anything worthwhile to address the specific challenges for blockchain DApps.
