Add the following under any configuration of MythicMobs mobs:

RandomItemDrops:
- 'ExampleItem 1 1 true'

Analysis

• The first parameter is the random item's ID
• The second parameter is amount
• The third parameter is chance (0 - 1)
• The fourth parameter is whether or not to generate the same random items
