Path to new Giveth Website

Introduction and links

From a technical standpoint, the new site is looking good. A CMS system for team members has been added, but the rest pretty much stays the same.

Branding is working to get deliverables as soon as possible, most important are Logo and Colors - Typefaces have been defined!

1. All texts need to be revised and shortened. Information should be more structured.
2. We should consider a technical section, that explains in small blocks with the help of Icons
3. The new website structure should prioritize Giver and Maker user stories. The principal idea was to have a midsection that answers questions side by side for both user-profiles.
4. A graphical mockup will be done to define elements, before finally styling the page
5. We should reduce use of pictures to a bare minimum - Would be great if we had one awesome pic that underlined the basic mission of "creating altruistic communities"

Milestones for Website Roadmap

1. Content, Layout, Design: Approved * First milestone ends when Website is ready for deployment
2. Content update: Onboarding Makers * Second milestone is first big content update to reflect requirement for rapid onboarding of Makers (overview of possibilities, tutorial)
3. Content update: MVP * Third milestone is the launch of MVP. Content update: (features, planned features, tutorials)

Milestone Deadlines:

• 12th September: Approved
• 24th September: Content update "Onboarding charities"
• 15th October: Content update "MVP"
