Please read these Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the GiveDirect POS mobile application operated by GiveDirect.io Project ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

Use GiveDirect POS "as is"

The Service developed by us is provided "as is". GiveDirect POS makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, GiveDirect POS does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials or otherwise relating to such materials or on any websites or apps linked to this application.

IN NO EVENT SHALL GIVEDIRECT POS, ITS AFFILIATES AND SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, JOINT VENTURERS, EMPLOYEES OR REPRESENTATIVES, BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS OR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INTANGIBLE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH AUTHORIZED OR UNAUTHORIZED USE OF THE GIVEDIRECT POS SERVICES, OR THIS AGREEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Links to external websites or services in no way represent an endorsement from us of this external content. We are not responsible for content found on external websites. Bugs and errors may occur

GiveDirect POS does not warrant that any of the materials on the application are accurate, complete, or current. GiveDirect POS may make changes to the materials contained on its application at any time without notice. GiveDirect POS does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

GiveDirect POS makes no representations about the accuracy or completeness of historical Digital Currency (cryptocurrencies, lumens, altcoins) price data provided by the Service.

Our service

GiveDirect POS provides a way to manage the Digital Currencies and respective Stellar Accounts on the Stellar Network, using our wallet service, which we call GiveDirect POS. This means we may make changes, replace, or discontinue (temporarily or permanently) our Service at any time for any reason with or without notice. In this case, you may be prevented from accessing or using our Services. If, in our sole discretion, we decide to permanently discontinue our Service, we will provide you with notice via our website. You as a user should remain unaffected, as your Digital Currencies and respective Stellar Accounts are always stored on the Stellar Network, and always recoverable and accessible through your private account seed, of which, GiveDirect POS makes no commitment in storing on your behalf.

Terms may be changed

GiveDirect POS may revise these Terms for its application at any time without notice. By using the Service, you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

Entire agreement

These Terms shall constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of our Service and shall supersede all previous agreements between you and us in relation to your use of our Service.
