Description:
Specifies various snowmelt parameters for the study area.
Fields:

| lat | numeric(10,4) | Latitude of the study area in degrees North |
| dtlong | numeric(10,4) | Correction, in minutes of time, between true solar time and the standard clock time |
| i_f0 | numeric(10,4) | Fraction of impervious area covered by snow when ratio of snow depth to depth at 100% cover is 0 |
| i_f1 | numeric(10,4) | Fraction of impervious area covered by snow when ratio of snow depth to depth at 100% cover is 0.1 |
