Local storage of data - GioBo/TR8 GitHub Wiki

A new function will take place of the old one in charge of downloading LEDA files; in the coming releases, users will just have to download LEDA data only once running local_storage(). No user interaction is required any more (to select the destination folder) thanks to the great new rappdirs package.
