Clicking on the map button (middle button bottom) opens the map view.
In the context menu (second click on the map button) under "Display elements", the "Live map" button becomes visible / invisible.
By clicking on the "Live Map" button, the automatic downloading of caches is switched on (logo is green) and switched off (logo is gray).
When the live map is switched on, the caches of the tile (zoom factor 13 (covers ~ 2 square kilometers) or 14 (covers ~ 1 square kilometers), see Settings) of the map center are downloaded (the circle is red in the logo)
The downloaded caches are still incomplete and shown with a gray (bluish) background.
When you click on a cache, an info bubble is displayed. If the cache is to be searched, incomplete information can be downloaded by clicking on the disk symbol. The cache can also be updated via the Description main button (second button bottom).
