We need to decide what the long term goal of this project is. Below is an enumeration and discussion of options for going forward.

• Leave the website as it is
  • Everything is based on locations
  • Anyone can redeploy their own server, but are left to figure it out on their own
• Allow grouping/tagging on the current centralized site
  • Groups anywhere can create a group/place to serve their community
  • Promote centralized development
• Promote redeployment
  • Each organization can download and deploy a copy of the system on their own server
  • Administration and customization are left to the deploying group
