Requirements

1. User can conduct their own polls/surveys.

2. User can specify range time for the polls/surveys.

3. User can view a list of the available polls/surveys.

4. Every user can see polls/surveys results.

5. User can view their own choice within the polling period.

6. User can modify their own choice within the polling period.

7. The poll/survey shouldn't be visible before the opening date.

8. After the closing date, the poll/survey shouldn't allow voting or modifying an existing vote.
