Goal is to automate the entire process

• Auto-provisioning assigns role “Publisher (New User)”

• Python script runs every X minutes

• Checks for users with role “Publisher (New User)”

• Grants entitlements

• Changes users’ roles to regular “Publisher”

• NOTE: Use role rather than group
