Best Practices

• Grant everyone access to everything - save yourself the time from having to manually manage access to apps.
• This removes any unintended digital divides - why would only certain students, staff and faculty have access to something - the idea is to make the technology available to everyone who wants to use it.
• There are apps that cost extra, consider not granting complete access to those.
• Disable offline licensing for Pro, and provide Single-use licensing for users who may go offline. Recovering an offline license that has gone missing is not a quick process, and is extremely time consuming for both you as an admin and the user.
• Use of Roles to track “new users” (not groups).
