A pallete has 4096 index points/Colors (0 to 4095) Each Strip has an Index of where it is in the Palette.

You have 7 Custom Paletts that you can configure yourself.

Palette Compression

How much to Squeeze/Compress the pallete. Or in other words how much to jump in the index on when going from one led to the next in the Strip.

Palette Auto Compression.

With auto Compression it will calculate the compression for you based on the Number of Leds in the Strip. The LeftMost Dropdown will set all at once. You can choose how much or How many Palletes should be seen on the Strip.

Palette Calculating the correct compression Manually

If i have a Strip that has 100 LEDS and i want to show the entire Palette on those 100 LEDS we calculate as follows 4096/100 = 41

Good numbers so that the Main 16 colors are hit correctly are 2,4,8,16,32,...... Basically the Binary number system.

Palette Speed

How fast to move the index of the first Led on each frame, Or in other words how fast rotate trough the Palette. Good numbers so that the Main 16 colors are hit correctly are 2,4,8,16,32,...... Basically the Binary numbers system

Palette Speed or Bin

Here you can choose to use a FX FFT BIN to select the speed. this will override the Speed setting.

Palette Offset Index

How much to offset the index when starting this save or hitting reset index. You can use this to allign the output with forms of diferent lenghts or if you want a Form to be in a different part of the pallete at start.

Palette Blend

Hard blend is only 16 colors (Toggle Disabled) or Claculate the values between the configured colors of the Palette.

What Palette to use for the Strip We set them in Groups of 8.

Reset Index

when changing Speed or compression while the system is running the output will not be alligned correctly therfore press reset index to see what it looks like when starting again.
