Meeting Agenda

Short introductions given

Fraser gave a short demonstration of the current site and its features.

Discussion followed after the demonstration and the following notes, clarifications and observations were made:

• The team will contact the Chemistry IT Department through the customer
• The customer brought forward worries that the Chemistry IT Department may not be able to deploy the site in the school's servers in the near future and asked the team if a solution can be found. The team assured the customer that a short term solution can be found but also warned that they confidential information should not be added anywhere outside the school's servers
• The customer would like some visualizations of the user permissions to make everything clearer
• The team will make contact with the other team and collaborate to implement an anonymization algorithm/hash function
• The team will provide documentation on how to use the site/workflow in the form of diagrams or PDFs
