Meeting Minutes

This meeting focused on the Streamlit Web App

Suggestions by Supervisor:

• Add a small section explaining how to use the prediction function
• Maybe the Classification page could be split into 2. One page showcasing the training/testing results and another making use of the models to make predictions
• Would be nice for people with no chemical knowledge/background to have a link next to the chemical descriptors pointing them to a definition or something similar
• Take a look at error/post-hoc analysis
  • Could help identify any deadspots that the models have or any specific compounds/drugs that the models have trouble with
  • Could be helpful for the future work section of the dissertation
  • Another section could also be added at the web app

Action Plan

• Finish the Regression Models section in the web app
• Have a look at error analysis and try to integrate it into the project
