Q: Should the classification models achieve any particular F1 score?

• There is not a set score to aim for

Q: Should the model's threshold be changed to manipulate precision and recall?

• Not necessary
• Make the model's confidence score transparent to potential users

Q: Should more metrics be used for the regression models?

• The metrics used already are reasonable
• Calculating the performance of regression models is not as straightforward as for the classification ones

Action Plan

• Have a look at Side Effects and Indications Ranking. Would be nice to show top 10.
• Potentially create a simple web app using streamlit or shiny
