What exactly do you want your student to code in the 3-month deadline? Will it be a new project to GeomScale or extend an existing one? Documentation needed? What about tests? What is the proposed programming language?

MENTORS: write several tests that potential students can do to demonstrate their capabilities for this particular project.

- Easy: something simple, e.g. download, compile and run a simple example with a library.
- Medium: something a bit more complicated. Solve a simple issue in a library, write a script or small part of code for some simple functionality.
- Hard: implement some core functionality.
