Comment and save green route

Description

This service will allow registered users to enter comments related to paths/routes; comments will be saved as private and then approved before publishing (consider avoid duplicates, unwanted texts, …). Comments may be unstructured texts, structured data (e.g. numerical edit boxes, codelists, …) and pictures to be uploaded. The user interface will be either a web browser application or a mobile app. The idea is to have a standard service layer between data and client, so to allow interoperable solutions to:

• edit/save GPS position of the user (for mobile app) or edit/save point on a web map (for web browser app)
• upload photos (both geotagged or not)
• edit/update comments, both structured and unstructured text (memo)
• share comments via social media

Work done

Analysis proved that [Crowd sourcing service] (https://github.com/GeoSmartCity-CIP/crowd-sourcing) can be reused as it provides common basic functionality. On the other hand, formerly planned WFS-T-based data storage cannot be used, because the service must be able to store images, too.

Development of this service is discontinued as Turku pilot doesn't need this functionality any more.
