The accounts will have different rights (Authentication, Self Registration). All users will be able to register and create an account. The Municipality (Public Administrators) will have admin rights (managing the datasets and declining/accepting changes made by other users).

The users will be able to view, zoom-in/out and navigate through the ecomap (colored buildings according to their energy performance) (View/browse maps).

By selecting buildings that have been assessed in terms of energy performance, the users will get more information about them (Info on features).

All users should be able to edit, update and add new features (attributes and geometry of features). These changes will be reviewed by Public Administrators that will accept/decline them. Recent changes should be available in some Dashboard (Edit features, Comment geo feature).

Dashboard with statistics regarding energy consumption should be available. (Dashboard stats/at (sub) municipal level).

Users must be able to locate a place which they want to view or edit in the map (Geocoding/locate).

The possibility to select between different attributes (age of construction, building use, height, etc) and different energy classes should be provided. Moreover, there should be possibility to select between real energy certificates and estimated only and selection between real OSM basemap or not (black background) (Filter on attributes).

The different layers viewed on the map will be offered for downloading in different formats (shp, kml, etc.) for use on desktop applications (ArcGIS, QGIS). The datasets will be stored in PostGIS spatial database (Download data file).
