Project Management interface should be separate from the user interface entirely, and should only have the functions of creating and editing project proposals and profiles. Admin user will only be able to pitch projects and report earnings, they will not have a method for fund transfers.

Come up with system for doing regular reporting on projects. For now just have an admin window for submitting end of month reports.

Admin should have an edit feature for all project modules, that allows them to change all related info. Projects can be removed when deemed unviable
