Developer info is put into dropdown pegged to below the developer icon. The info button drops down to display the various info modules. The module pops up from the side of the screen. Everything else is pushed back. This info box is to be available both before and after sign-in

Input the following as an explanation of the overall strategy for the project:

Build an ecosystem of projects that aid in the physical development of the world’s major cities.

The strategy would ideally be laid out as an after effects animation. But until that is an option, we are just going to have a little blurb describing our development strategy.

Appended to the bottom of the strategy module will be a doomsday clock that tracks the overall progress of the developer's proposed projects specifically the time in days left until each project's funding cycle, and at what point the entire portal's funding cycle ends, resulting in refunds to all investors.
