Change -> Fetch from Gerrit... action requires Mylyn Gerrit connector to provide superior experience. Please install the connector if you want to use the functionality.

You can do it through Help -> Install new software. Type in Mylyn update site:

• for Luna: http://download.eclipse.org/mylyn/releases/luna
• for Mars: http://download.eclipse.org/mylyn/releases/mars

and press Enter. In the filter box type "Gerrit", choose "Mylyn Gerrit Connector" and proceed with the installation.
