Wounds (with HPL) - Genii-Locorum/brp GitHub Wiki
This is for when your game is using Hits Per Location (HPL)
You can see, create and edit wounds on the Combat tab of the character sheet.
Under the "Hit Location" heading you will see the various hit locations - use the "+" icon just to the left of the location name to create the wound and open the wound window.
Clicking on the Hit Location name will open up the details of the Hit Location, along with it's status. It does not however show the wounds. This does not apply to "General" hit location which is used to track non-locational damage (e.g. Poison).
Viewing a wound
Left click on the wound value or use the context menu to view the wound and edit it.
When editing a wound if you change the value (damage) then the window will close and update.
Deleting a wound
Reducing the value of a wound to zero doesn't delete it (just in case you made a mistake). Use the context menu on the wound value and select delete. Some other automated tasks will delete wounds with zero damage.
Alternatively you can delete all wounds by using the context menu of the "Combat" Tab title and select Heal All Wounds.
Status
The wound values will either be in plain black text, or red italics. Plain black text means the wound has been treated (First Aid or Medicine). Red italics mean the wound hasn't been treated. Open the wound window to toggle the status.
