Psychic Ability - Genii-Locorum/brp GitHub Wiki

First, give the Psychic Ability a name and add a BRPID.

  • Type - select from Damage, Healing or Other. This links to the impact below.
  • Category - select the skill Category that will drive the bonus for casting - this will usually be 'Mental'
  • Range - enter the spell Range
  • Duration - enter the duration of the spell
  • Cost - enter the Power Point cost of the spell
  • Impact- if the Type above is Damage or Healing this item will be named the same and you can enter the value. If you selected "Other" this field will not be visible.
  • Base Score - enter the base chance of casting this spell (usually zero) You can also enter a description on the second tab and GMs have access to a GM Notes tab.

If the Psychic Ability has been added to an actor sheet then some additional fields are available:

Scores - you can edit the XP earned, Profession Points, Personal Points, Personality Points, Culture Points and Effects - all which sum up in to the Total score. Improvement Check - have you successfully used the spell and are eligible for an improvement (XP) check in the Development Phase

Note: You can only add a Psychic Ability to a character it is has the 'Psychic' Power.
