Passions are currently used on Characters (and not on NPCs, Ships or Farms)

1. Go to the Items Directory

2. Click on Create item

   i. Give the Passion a name

   ii. Select the type "Passion"

3. On the 'Details' tab add the following

   i. Tick the box if they can not improve through Experience

   ii. Tick the "Common Passion" box if you want it added automatically to all newly created characters

   iii. Enter the base score for the passion

4. If the Passion is on a character you can also

   iv. Enter the amount of passion score from your "Family"

   v. The amount of improvement from Exp(erience).

   vi. You will also see a total score which is calculated

   vii. If you didn't toggle the "No XP allowed" box on you will see an XP Check box which can be toggled on and off.

5. You can enter a description of the passion or add other notes on the "Description" tab

6. A GM can add additional notes on the "GM Tab" - this is only visible to GMs

7. Don't forget to add a Chaosium ID
