Make sure the NPC Sheet is unlocked - click on the Padlock Icon at the top right corner to toggle the sheet to Locked/Unlocked status. Use the two icons underneath the NPC name to change between the two tabs (Details and Base Stats). The scroll icon will open the notes section to the right of the main sheet. You can read more about the icons here. The up and down chevrons will collapse/expand the Power, Passions, Devotions and Equipment sections below. When the sheet is unlocked you will see two additional icons - a pair of dice and scales. Clicking these will randomly roll the NPC stats or use the average values (see 11 below). You may also see some icons below the "Name" box which you can toggle on (they do dark red) or off (they fade). See below for the options.

On the Skills section you can either drag skills from the Item Directory/Compendia to the NPC or click on the "+" icon on the Skills header bar to add a new skill. Clicking on the skill name will open the skill sheet. You can delete the skill by double clicking on the trashcan.

Weapons are added by either dragging them from the Item Directory/Compendia or by clicking on the "+" icon. For NPCs you don't need to add a weapon skill, simply enter the total % in the NPC sheet. You can view/edit the weapon sheet by clicking the weapon name, or delete the weapon by double clicking the trashcan.
-
NPC Powers must be created directly on the NPC sheet - click the "+" icon to add a new one, then click the power name to open the relevant item sheet so you can modify it. The Power description will be shown on the NPC sheet but it will only show the first part of the description. If you hover the mouse over the truncated description on the NPC sheet the full description will be displayed as a tooltip if the sheet is locked. You can expand and collapse this section using the down and up chevron icons on the title bar of this section. If you can't see this section/title at all it's because the NPC has no powers and the sheet is locked.

Passions can be added, viewed and deleted in the same way as skills (see above). You can expand and collapse this section using the down and up chevron icons on the title bar of this section. If you can't see this section/title at all it's because the NPC has no passions and the sheet is locked.

The NPC Base Stats tab allows you to enter the Dice Rolls and Averages for the stats. When creating an NPC token on a scene these vlaues/formulae can be used to generate the NPCs stats - see NPC Token Creation
-
Underneath the Base Stats are some options. Tick these if the NPC/Creature can activate these options = e.g. Tick "Berserker" to signify that the NPC can go beserk. This doesn't mean the NPC is beserk, just that they have the option to. To trigger the Beserk rage toggle the relevant icon on, under "Name" on the top part of the NPC sheet. The "beserker" icon will only be visible if the Beserker option is ticked.
