You can change the following from this menu

• When creating an NPC - this determines what happens when you drag and drop an NPC from a compendium or actor directory to a scene. Your options are Ask, Roll, **Average **or Ignore.

Ask - ask the user which of the three options they want to use

Roll - roll the stats, based on the "Roll" formulae in the Base NPC Stats

Average - roll the stats, based on the "Average" formulae in the Base NPC Stats

Ignore - don't do anything to stats when the NPC token is created
