Farms are an Actor, but currently look like an Item - don't let that fool you though.

To create a Farm:

1. Go to the Actors Directory

2. Click on Create item

   i. Give the Farm a name

   ii. Select the type "Farm"

3. On the Details Tab

   i. Enter the farm size

   ii. Select the Farm Type from the drop down menu

   iii. Enter the number of each type of animals on the farm

   iv. Enter the value of the farm in vaðmál

4. On the Thralls tab

   i. Click on the "+" icon to create a Thrall to the farm. When you (later) add the farm to a Character the Thralls will be shown on the Character

   ii. You can get more information about creating a Thrall here

   iii. Click on the Thralls name to view the Thrall Sheet

   iv. Double click on the trashcan to delete the Thrall.

   v. Don't forget to add a Chaosium ID

5. On the Location tab i. Double click on the map to show where your Farm is (you will see a house icon).

   ii. You can't pplace your farm in the sea (some bits of coastline may be tricky)

6. You can enter additional details in the Description tab

7. GMs can add notes on the GM Tab

8. Don't forget to add a Chaosium ID
