There is a smaller version of the character sheet for users with smaller screens.

The character sheet is about 65% the height of the normal sheet, but the same width.

The Header section of the sheet is more condensed and some of the information is not immediately visible.

Header Section The Meaning of the Name appears as a tooltip on "Name" Born appears as a tooltip over "Age" Features is a much smaller entry but the full description is available as a tooltip

Tabs The tabs are no longer on the left of the sheet, they appear in a green bar underneath the header section

Combat Tab The hit locations are shown as a smaller table rather than the full diagram, but has the same information. Clicking anywhere in the D20, AP or HP area on a specific location will add a wound directly to that location.

The other tabs are unchanged, apart from the default height.
