Rather than setting them all manually you some options from this menu:

• Add default CID to Actor - if ticked newly created actors will have a CID generated based on the actor name

• Add default Actor Item CID - if ticked newly created items that are generated from an Actor sheet will have a CID generated based on the item name

You can always set these and then manually adjust the CID.
