##App Functions and Features## ChristmasBirdCountApp includes many features designed to facilitate participation in the Audubon Society's annual Christmas Bird Count. Some notable features of the mobile app include:

• Search a master list of birds from all of North America - Add birds to your list of sightings with a single tap
• Filter bird names in the master list and list of sightings (working list) to find birds quickly
• Tap on a bird in your sightings list to increment the count by 1 (one)
• Long-tap on a bird in your sightings list to add multiple birds at a time or fix/edit the recorded bird count
• Clear the entire list of sightings or remove bird species individually
• Submit a report via email to the Regional Compiler - Report includes an attached CSV file listing all bird sightings, auto-calculated totals of all birds species seen and all birds seen (across all species), plus user-supplied information about the team members and miles/hours walked, driven, or spent owling
• Sightings list (working list) is saved even if you close the app and return later
